Flower Ministry-
Deliver sanctuary
flowers as needed after 11:00 service to those who may be ill, unable to
come to church, or as a thank you.
Meal Ministry-
Prepare and deliver
food to those who are unable to care for themselves for a short period of
time.
Visitation Ministry of Deacons-
Visit our homebound
to help maintain church connections.
Gardening Team-
Assist with the
ongoing care of our flower beds, weeding, and planting as needed.
Director or Co-Director of
Vacation
Bible School-
Organize and plan
summer VBS with Director of Children’s Ministry.
Transportation Team-
Offer a ride to
appointments as needed for those who can’t drive themselves.
Companionship-
Offer a respite for
family of those who need care or just an occasional visit for homebound.
Errands-
Run errands for
those who can’t do this themselves.
Greeters/Ushers-
Assist on Sunday
morning with passing out bulletins and welcoming at the door.
Help with collecting morning offering.
Mission
Liaisons-
Gathers
information from our local mission partners and shares with church and
mission committee. Coordinates
gathering of food for pantries and delivers.
Spring Workday-
Opportunity
on a Saturday morning to help with general maintenance and clean up of
church and groups.
Adult Chaperones-
Chaperones for
youth activities.
Audio Ministry-
Commit to record
services to be put onto CDs and on the Greenwich website for those
who cannot attend services.
Training provided.
Sunday Morning Snacks-
Sign up to bring
snacks on a Sunday morning to share with the church.
75 to 100 pieces needed.
Sign up sheet is outside the church office.
Childcare Volunteers-
Attend
church-sponsored activities and provide care so parents can attend.
Needed on Sunday mornings, some weekday evenings, and special events.
Sign up to be on call.
Child Protection Training is required and provided.
