Youth Ministries                                (Parental Consent Form)

Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.     - 1 Timothy 4:12

Our goal is for the youth to know, love and follow Jesus Christ, willing and able to live and share their Faith.  Our youth programs balance fun fellowship activities with opportunities for spiritual growth and an emphasis on putting faith into practice through service. New youth are welcome to join us for any of our activities!

Special Events

Different activities are scheduled each month – join us for fellowship nights, lock-ins, ice skating, concerts, hiking and more!  Follow these links to our Facebook sites for information about upcoming events, pictures and more. You do not need to join Facebook to view these pages:

Mission Projects

Students are invited to join us in regular mission projects throughout the year and each summer. Last summer, the high school group helped repair homes in coastal North Carolina. Middle school students participated in a series of day projects with some of our local and regional mission partners

Confirmation

Each year, middle school students are invited to join the church as adult members through a process called confirmation. The confirmation class meets for one week just after school lets out in June and includes several days of activities and a retreat. We are making plans for a high school version of the confirmation class in 2010 as well.
