• Paying off the mortgage will eliminate $171,805 from our annual budget.
• Current mortgage balance is $745,000 (Dec 2023)
• Mortgage could be paid off by December 2025 with $375,000 campaign funds.

Goal 2: Equip the Greenwich campus for greater access and effectiveness – approximately $400,000.

• Renovate basement for growing Student Ministry.
• Upgrade men’s and women’s restrooms for greater ADA access.
• Widen cemetery sidewalks and possible new covered pavilion.
• Additional projects as campaign funds allow.

Goal 3: Expand mission impact in the community – approximately $400,000.

• Partner with National Capital Presbytery for local mission or church redevelopment needs.
• Seed money for church-planting options in alignment with a new denomination.
• Pursue additional mission partners as campaign funds allow.

• Studies indicate a church our size is capable of a $2.0 – $2.5 million commitment over three-years.
• The Elders believe a three-year campaign goal of $1.2 – $1.5 million is readily achievable.

The campaign seeks to raise funds for three purposes:
